As a community network in 2021 joining the Collecter team Mxolisi Mnisi known as Trevie founded TheHypeCollecter. The platform focuses on music culture aiming to create a frontier for the latest celebrity news and trends in music. They create, curate and distributes insightful information related to the music culture within the African landscape. The HypeCollecter features the best in music, pop culture, sneakers and style in the music industry.
Co-founder of the CultureCollecter Kgodiso Mdaka known as Soulo founded the SneakersCollecter brand in 2022 as a media fashion news platform focused on covering the latest sneaker news, the hottest drops, and sneaker features in the country.
It is an amazing time for African art and culture and we need more platforms such as CultureCollecter to help expose the rest of the world to the great work this generation of African artists are making. From us here at The Gold Axis we applaud the platform and cant wait to see how far they take it.
